We age all of our meat for 28 days to bring out the flavor and tenderness that you would expect in a fine steak.  Then they are hand cut to exact specifications.  The steaks are then flash frozen and shipped to you 2nd day air freight. Whatever your favorite cut is, we have a package that will satisfy it.
