Ingredients:
* 1 lb. Certified Angus Beef® Flank
* 4 flour tortillas
* 1 (16 oz) can refried beans
* 3 cups shredded lettuce
* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 1 large ripe, firm avocado, pared, pitted, and sliced
* Fresh tomato salsa
* Sour Cream
* Lime Marinade

Lime Marinade:
* 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
* 1/4 tsp grated lime peel
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 1/4 tsp ground cumin
* 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Preparation:
1) Combine marinade ingredients. Marinate steak in zipper-locking plastic bag in refrigerator for 1/2 to 2 hours.
2) Remove beef from marinade; discard marinade. Broil or grill steak 3 inches from heat for 3 to 5 minutes per side, or until center is slightly pink. Slice across the bias of the grain.
3) Spread with beans within 1/2 inch of tortilla edge. Top with lettuce, cheese, avocado. Place beef slices on top.
4) Serve with fresh tomato salsa and sour cream.
